My washing machine broke down during the National Day weekend with error code E35-10. After unsuccessful troubleshooting, I contacted SQ Engineering SGG Pte. Ltd. at around 3:45pm, and they arranged a same-day appointment by 4pm. The technician, Ashrafislam, arrived punctually at 7:30pm. He was polite, knowledgeable and managed to resolve the issue within 30 minutes. While the service was a little pricey, I felt it was worth it for the prompt response, efficient repair and minimal downtime, especially over a public holiday weekend. I’m glad I contacted SQ Engineering SGG Pte. Ltd. and would recommend them based on the service I received.

Initially very responsive and sent a technician on the same day to fix the washing machine. Charges were not cheap, $50 for transport and $100 for any repair , in this case the changing of a plastic valve. Unfortunately it seemed to not have been installed properly and the machine is flooding during the dryer cycle. When I informed them, they did not reply at all. After 2 more prompts they promised to send someone down that day but didn’t do so and ignored me. Given how responsive they were earlier, they probably know it was their fault and since they can’t charge me another $150 they’re hoping I will give up and pay someone else to fix their problem. I would not recommend this company. Looking at the lowest reviews on Google, this seems to be common - once you mention there’s a problem with their repair they will stop replying.
